What happens a project fails miserably?
So far I haven't work yet in any big, money fueled project, so I was
wondering :
When a serious amount of money is invested in a project that in the end
fails miserably (without delivering any valuable working software), What
happens to companies?
Do people involved go to jail or have legal problems ?
Who is retained responsible in most cases ?
